Buying Land

Lot noise issues

We’ve covered some of the more blatant issues that can arise. However, like in most things, it’s the little small chance items that can be the most hassle. Whether or not these little things annoy you or not is, obviously, up to you.

Culdesac lots

Flag lots

A flag lot is a type referred to by its general shape. Imagine a piece of land shaped like a flag on a flag pole. In this case the base of the “pole” is the land that has frontage and the main body of the lot, the “flag”, is further back from the road.
